Toward Reconstitution is a thirteen-episode examination of what happens when the formal structures of democracy remain in place while the relationships that make those structures meaningful begin to fail.
Through contemporary cases, political history, law, and institutional design, the series follows what happens after public power reaches someone's life: whether the consequences travel back, whether anyone with authority has to respond, and whether harm is capable of changing what happens next.
